JCPenny serves customers at 875 stores across the United States. The home office consolidated to streamline operations and provided a more productive workspace for their members.

FMG was selected for this project based on their expertise in large scale restacks. FMG had the necessary ability and resources to work with JCPenneys existing (25 year old) product, combined with new product solutions, for a more collaborative and open working environment. Over the course of 2 years, JCPenney worked to prepare their associates for a culture change, and the results are impressive.

SCOPE: Fourteen level headquarter facility with 480,000 Sq Ft. Our team provided wood private offices, workstations, conference furniture, cafés, reconfiguration of existing demountable walls for approximately 3500 associates.
