As part of the consolidation of four business units into one location, Nokia of America sought to create a unified and efficient workspace at its new Sunnyvale headquarters. FMG’s Wave Team was tasked with delivering a comprehensive solution that blended reused furniture with new additions, optimizing the use of existing resources while enhancing the office’s functionality and aesthetics. With an emphasis on user experience, the design focused on creating collaborative, multifunctional spaces that aligned with the needs of employees.
FMG’s Wave Team also provided project management services, including a full inventory of the existing furniture to determine the best pieces for reuse, ensuring sustainability and cost efficiency throughout the project. By focusing on natural materials, energy efficiency, and vibrant design elements, the final office reflects Nokia's commitment to innovation and employee well-being, resulting in a workspace that is both functional and inviting.
