Austin Energy’s new office location was selected for its walkable neighborhood, nearby amenities, central location and accessible transit options. The four story building of 275,000 sq. ft accommodates 1,100 employees. The design incorporates a holistic approach to user wellness by maximizing connections to daylight, ease of circulation, and social interaction between departments. The space provides a variety of working options and configurable layouts for employees to interact, collaborate, or focus work at heads down workstations.
