Our project management process is based on good planning, communication and strong leadership. We assign a Project Manager that works closely with you to ensure that every detail is covered and the schedule remains on track. FMG follows a documented process that helps simplify the inherent complexity of a project. The FMG Project Manager serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) throughout the entire project.
Key focuses of the FMG Project Management process are to document the project goals, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager achieves success by clearly communicating these project parameters with our internal team as well as the client team, including the sub-contractors we coordinate with. We serve as an advocate for you and keep a close watch on all items that may adversely impact either the schedule or the budget.
The FMG team is comprised of seasoned “veterans” that have been with the company for many years. Our people follow the project from start to finish and are cross trained to serve many roles. Your project will not be handed off from one specialty group to the next, but will have consistent professionals.
