BACKGROUND (FROM ORIGINAL 2019 RFP):
Page worked with Driscoll Children’s Hospital (DCH) on a new North Pavilion Expansion and Surgery Renovation in Corpus Christi, Texas. The five-level 170,000 SF new construction scope of work comprises two occupied floors of 75,000 SF and three levels of shell space. New hospital construction accommodates a North Pavilion Public Entry Lobby, as well as day surgery and PICU patient rooms. In addition, there is a 2,000 SF Radiology Waiting Area in the Main Building.
